At The Offshore Institute & Settlement Services, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and maintaining fairness for all students and instructors.

By purchasing any course, program, membership, or private lesson, you agree to the following policy.

1. No Refund Policy
   
   All purchases are final.
   
   We do not offer refunds under any circumstances for:
   • Online courses
   • Group classes
   • Mini-courses
   • Memberships
   • Digital products
   • Workshops
   • Webinars
   • 1-on-1 lessons
   • Missed classes
   
   Students are fully responsible for reviewing:
   • The course or service selected
   • Course dates and schedules
   • Time zones
   • Program details
   • Pricing shown on the checkout page
   
   before completing their purchase.
   
   Failure to attend, personal schedule conflicts, change of mind, immigration status changes, work schedule changes, or misunderstanding of the course details do not qualify for a refund.


2. No Exchange Policy
   
   Purchased courses, programs, memberships, or class packages cannot be exchanged, transferred, or swapped for another product or service.
   
   Students must carefully choose the correct course and package before making payment.


3. 1-on-1 Class Rescheduling Policy
   
   Because private classes reserve dedicated instructor time, rescheduling options are limited.
   
   Students may reschedule classes only with an acceptable reason and within the following limits:
   • 5-Class Package: Maximum 1 reschedule
   • 10-Class Package: Maximum 2 reschedules
   • 15-Class Package: Maximum 3 reschedules
   
   Any additional rescheduling requests beyond the allowed limit will result in the class being counted as completed and deducted from the student’s remaining class balance, with no exceptions.


4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
   
   Students who:
   • Miss a scheduled class
   • Arrive significantly late
   • Fail to provide reasonable notice
   
   may have the session deducted from their package at the instructor’s discretion.


5. Policy Acceptance
   
   By completing a purchase through our website, payment system, invoice, or direct registration process, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
