Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

  1. General Agreement

    By accessing our website, programs, services, social media platforms, digital materials, or educational content, you confirm that:
    • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
    • You understand these Terms & Conditions.
    • You agree to comply with all policies outlined below.

    These Terms apply to all students, clients, members, website visitors, and purchasers.

  2. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

    Our courses and services are designed for educational and informational purposes only.

    We do not guarantee:
    • CELPIP scores
    • Immigration approval
    • Permanent Residency approval
    • Visa approval
    • Employment opportunities
    • Government decisions or timelines

    Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, consistency, English level, and exam performance.

  3. Payments & Pricing

    All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment or an approved payment plan is required before access to any course or service is granted.

    We reserve the right to:
    • Change pricing at any time
    • Modify program structures
    • Update course materials
    • Discontinue offers without prior notice

    Missed or failed installment payments may result in suspension or removal from the program until payment is completed.

  4. Refund Policy

    All sales are final. We maintain a strict:
    • No Refund Policy
    • No Exchange Policy

    Before purchasing, all customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
    • Course details
    • Program format
    • Dates and times
    • Duration
    • Pricing
    • Eligibility requirements

    By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you fully understand the service you are purchasing.

    No refunds, transfers, credits, or exchanges will be provided for:
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Change of mind
    • Failure to attend classes
    • Personal circumstances
    • Immigration outcomes
    • Technical issues on the student’s side
    • Missed deadlines or exams

  5. 1-on-1 Class Rescheduling Policy

    Private 1-on-1 classes include limited rescheduling opportunities only with a valid and reasonable explanation.

    Rescheduling limits are as follows:
    • 5-Class Package: 1 reschedule permitted
    • 10-Class Package: 2 reschedules permitted
    • 15-Class Package: 3 reschedules permitted

    Additional rescheduling requests beyond the allowed limit may result in:
    • Loss of the session
    • Deduction of the class from the package balance

    Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling request whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be counted as completed sessions.

  6. Attendance & Access

    Students are responsible for:
    • Attending live sessions on time
    • Maintaining internet access and required technology
    • Completing assignments and practice work independently

    Access to recordings, memberships, portals, or course materials may be time-limited depending on the purchased program.

    Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

  7. Intellectual Property

    All materials provided by The Offshore Institute & Settlement Services are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    This includes:
    • Videos
    • PDFs
    • Workbooks
    • Templates
    • Slides
    • Course content
    • Branding
    • Teaching methods
    • Digital products

    Students may not:
    • Copy
    • Reproduce
    • Share
    • Resell
    • Upload
    • Distribute
    • Record
    • Teach from our materials without written permission

    Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  8. Student Conduct

    We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if they:
    • Disrupt classes
    • Harass staff or students
    • Use abusive language
    • Violate community guidelines
    • Share confidential course materials
    • Engage in dishonest or unethical behavior

  9. Technology Disclaimer

    We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:
    • Internet outages
    • Third-party software issues
    • Platform failures
    • Device incompatibility
    • Technical problems outside our control

    Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment and internet access.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Offshore Institute & Settlement Services shall not be held liable for:
    • Indirect damages
    • Loss of income
    • Missed opportunities
    • Emotional distress
    • Immigration decisions
    • Exam outcomes
    • Data loss
    • Business interruptions

    Participation in our services is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.

  11. Privacy

    Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

    We do not sell student information to third parties.

    By joining our programs, you consent to receiving:
    • Educational emails
    • Course updates
    • Promotional communications
    • Administrative notifications

    You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
